ABOUT THIS CLASS
The School of Sustainable Chocolate breaks down the story of chocolate into bite sized morsels, allowing us to better understand and appreciate what we buy and taste and be able to make better decisions as consumers that support a more sustainable cocoa industry for all. The School uses chocolate to raise awareness about sustainability and vice versa (basically an excuse to eat more, and better, chocolate).
The first course in this series gives an overview of the how chocolate becomes chocolate, from the tree all the way to the finished product we buy in stores.
